Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace allows us to connect virtually for our classrooms so we can provide legal training to lawyers throughout the world. We also meet virtually with our team so we can connect even though we are spread out throughout the United States. We are also able to engage clients efficiently and without a cost even though they are in other areas. We use it for Sales, internal meetings and e-learning for our clients.
Pros
- it is not very laggy, which is a problem on other video conferencing
- i love the chat feature that allows us to be connected and send messages during Zoom Workplace to not interrupt people
Cons
- Sometimes there are audio issues with people logging in. Make it easier to address/assist people
- easier to find phone number for dial in
- I wish the blur was better (like GMeet), it makes me look like a floating head!
- cheap to meet clients instead of flying out so cost savings
- save teams from manual work due to integrations
- Improve remote collaboration for our team
Google Meet doesn’t feel as professional to me as Zoom Workplace and Teams feels like it has the least features of all. I think overall that Zoom Workplace is better than both though Google Meet is a cost effective alternative.
