Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

We use the HR template letters when we have a new process like SOSR. We use the site for guidance for expert HR guidance on complex issues and to gain a viewpoint when decision-making. We use statistics and figures for our deep dives, such as industry absence figures. We look at case law by reviewing case outcomes.

Pros

  • Template letters.
  • Template policy.
  • Template process.

Cons

  • Finding letters easily by searching in main bar.
  • Keeping old letters such as refusing to attend OH appointment.
  • Future employment law changes.
  • Saving on legal fees.
  • Different industry figures for benchmarking.
  • Saving on legal fees for templates.
Allowed all teams to use templates that cover legal requirements so you know you are following employment legislation and following fair process. Templates are updated with employment changes, so they are up to date and reviewed regularly. Feel confident and safe when using them as they are accurate, so avoid any procedural appeal reasons.
XpertHR has more templates and topics to look through and review. The information available is more comprehensive and up-to-date. The language used is easy and user-friendly. Has add-ons like free webinars, lots of tools and examples, and free legal advice compared to the CIPD site.

Yes

Did Brightmine live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Brightmine go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Brightmine again?

Yes

Good if you don't have a template letter and need an example to tweak. Good to look at an example of a process if you don't have one at hand. Webinars are helpful and are free. Some letters have too much wording about data protection, which is unnecessary to include in letters.
