Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

Xpert HR is a great tool in so many ways and I've found it really useful throughout my career. We've used it for multiple insights including line manager training courses, process flowcharts, policy inspiration and letter templates. The portal is also great for times where you want a refresher on a particular topic or want to access trending topics via the podcasts.

  • Interface of the site could be jazzed up a bit
  • Facility to pin topics
  • Time saved on research

Refreshing memory on topics which crop up less frequently, locating best practice information for various processes and employment law topics. Can't think of a scenario where it wouldn't be appropriate to utilise the Xpert HR resources.
