Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We've been using Wrike for many years, both as a project management tool (schedule, reporting, budgeting) and a vendor management platform.
I personally love the flexibility of Wrike. You can customize it to your needs, and really achieve brillant results.
We use daily to communicate with our vendors, iterate on their deliveries, and the different view (GANTT chart, Table, List) makes it super user friendly.
There are also different analytic views, and you use pivot table directly in Wrike. It's very useful for weekly reports for example.
The fact that you can invite your vendors for free to the platform is a big plus. Your partner can jump-in in a matter of minutes.

- I would love to have a simpler Google Sheet <> Wrike Communication (some solution exists but it's not practicle)
- Speed up communication with vendors, avoid to use messy email communication
- All the communication and delivery in one place
- No need of other platform such as Jira
I find Jira very square and hard to customize.
Wrike is totally the opposite, you can personalize almost everything and the support team is always very responsive in case of doubts.
Also, as far as, I know you can't invite collaborator easily in Jira.
