Meta Business Suite - Good Overall
Overall Satisfaction with Meta Business Suite
We use Meta Business Suite as one of several traffic drivers for our e-commerce DTC website. Meta currently represents our most considerable ad spend and is critical to growing our customer base. Meta still has the best audience interest targeting, so we see good results outside the search.
Pros
- Audience building.
- Intuitive ad builder.
- Auto-saving progress during campaign/ad set/ad building.
Cons
- Reporting, especially as you drill down. For example, it won't show you purchases by region or hour of the day.
- Consistency has been an issue. Top-performing campaigns/ad sets/ADS will hit a wall overnight for no apparent reason.
- Cloning ADS doesn't work between certain campaign types. It seems like they could make it so that even a partial copy can be made, with other required fields left empty.
- The advertising component receives our largest monthly budget and has a decent return.
- It has excellent tools to manage our page, messages, reviews, etc - more efficient for our support team.
Compared to the other tools listed above, Meta Business Suite has good navigation, great interest audience-building tools, okay ad analytics, a great messaging system, and below-average customer support. We chose Meta Business Suite for its massive user base and for its industry-leading targeting functionality (which is a result of that massive user base!).
