Using Jotform to Host List-Building Events for Online Entrepreneurs
Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
We use Jotform to collect information regarding our list-building events. Jotform helps with communication between our company and the people involved in the event. We receive their information in a specific format that we need for our events. You can do this thanks to Jotform's special features. Also, the participants get a copy of their form sent to them so that we don't waste time going back and forth reminding them of what they put on the form.
Pros
- Limits characters and words for specific fields
- Send a copy of the form to specific people automatically
- The forms are easy to set up
Cons
- Jotform could improve on making it easier to find advanced features. Sometimes it's not always intuitive.
- Embedding forms are a little tricky with Jotform compared to other similar products.
- Formatting is a little difficult with fonts.
- Jotform has saved us time from going back and forth communicating with our participants in our list-building events. Over 10 hours per week has been saved using Jotform.
- Jotform has made it easy for people to participate in our list-building events. Over 50% of people come back and participate for a second, third, or multiple times. This equates to about $1,500 in revenue per event.
- Jotform has also made it easy to set up our list-building events. We can just copy the form from previous events and use it for our current event. This saves us time when we produce 4 list-building events per year.
- Google Forms and Typeform
We use Jotform instead of Google Forms because you can customize the input fields. We need very specific information from our participants and Jotform allows our participants to fill in the information we need a specific format to fit our list-building events. Also, the information can be automatically distributed amongst the team and to the participants.
