We use ON24 to run about 250 customer webinars a year, in the engineering and electronics fields. We manage all parts and train each individual costumer on the webinar process. We then use our lists to get them attendees and leads.

At UnitedHealthcare we use ON24 for all of our virtual product offering webinars, wellness webinars, and education webinars. We have sessions being ran 3 times a week and 5-8 times a week during our busy seasons. We are reaching out to members and prospective members all around the country and building strong relationships. The ease of the platform fits our business needs and matches our branding to a T.

We use ON24 to produce virtual events. We host events on ON24, anywhere from 30-900 people geared toward government training. We offer events on a variety of technology and management topics. We utilize the engagement features on the platform (open chat, polling, Q&A, etc.). ON24 helps us get content and training opportunities out to government employees to further their education.

Use ON24 to create and broadcast webinars for our clients. It allows us to push some contents, in order to educate our customers and to create demand gen as well.

We conduct our online trainings and webinars on the ON24 platform. ON24 meets our needs for registration reports, attendance reports, and CPE compliance reports. We are able to upload the needed slides and resources into the platform as well. There is an efficient way for administrators to access the creation piece of the sessions and a unique way for trainers to access the platform.

ON24 is used to support lead gen activity and to provide us with a platform to share our thought leadership content with prospects. We have an abundance of content to share with customers, and this allows us to do so whilst harvesting data in a compliant manner for marketing purposes.

ON24 is used as our organizations main webinar platform. Currently, the events team manages the tool and it is being used across the organization to support business units marketing needs to customers.

ON24 helps us keep track of leads and engagement and enables us to weave in calls-to-action organically and the next steps so we can help folks progress throughout the funnel. We needed something integrated with HubSpot, so we went with ON24. We use the integration to inform lead scoring and sales follow-up within the CRM.

We use ON24 to host 3 webinar series:
1) Thought leadership: live, simulive, and on-demand presentations (registrations generally ranged 600-4500)
2) 1:Many simulive introductory demo webinars presented in monthly sets to allow for users to sign up for sessions that fit their schedules (registrations total 600-1500 per set) - prerecorded demo + live discussion - targeting prospective customers
3) 1:Many live sessions that review product updates and tips & tricks. Offered monthly with "office hour" structure - targeting existing customers

In total, we offer over 100 webinars annually. We love that we can sync with SFDC to determine new MQLs and we can automate reminder and follow up emails. The tools for customization of event consoles and other aspects of ON24 has improved greatly over the last couple of years and have been well received by my team.

We use ON24 are our webinar platform. We host webinars mostly for our customers to educate them in on (new) features and functionalities in our Software. But at the same time we also host webinars aimed at potential customers to help with brand awareness and lead generations. I like to use the recent highlight feature to point to the Q&A box and get more people to submit questions for the speakers and the moderator.
