Overall Satisfaction with ON24

ON24 is used to support lead gen activity and to provide us with a platform to share our thought leadership content with prospects. We have an abundance of content to share with customers, and this allows us to do so whilst harvesting data in a compliant manner for marketing purposes.

Whilst we are still in the process of building a fully integrated CRM tool, the insights and data that ON24 provides gives us a lot of insightful information that we can use to understand user behaviour with the events that they attended and give us feedback in which we can take into future events.
This has given most of the business a taste for putting on events like this. Word is spreading about how useful it is and how people can utilise it to broadcast their marketing messaging in English and local language where applicable.
ON24 has the capability to integrate into our complex business set up. Their willingness to learn and improve to benefit our requirements was to be applauded. The onboarding process was very thorough and everyone found it very useful.

The user interface for attendees was second to none, and allowed for multiple different interactive features that we could make use of to test out attendee engagement.
Stream go is a smaller organisation but their ability to offer in event support as standard at no extra cost is to be applauded and very much essential when we have different people putting events on all of the time. ON24 may be better suited to large global organisations, especially with the ability to fully integrate their solution into bespoke CRM platforms.

ON24 is ideal for large organisations looking to put on regular events for their prospects. The ability to integrate with eCRM platforms is incredibly useful, as are the insights and interactive features that the platform provides to users. One thing that could be improved is the in-event support that does not come as standard, whilst it had with other suppliers I have used. That is the only really drawback for me.
