Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is being use in Vertiv as a project management tool to cater requests received by the Corporate Marketing Team. It enables us to efficiently manage all our tasks and provide us a good support to allocate our manpower resources better. It also helps us manage us our stakeholders better by having a good platform to communicate the details of the requests. It solves any communication gaps. The scope of Wrike as project management tool is end to end project management.
Pros
- Consolidating all assets related to a specific project via the subtask feature
- Ensuring that all projects are approved via the approval status
- Making sure that all versions are tracked by the version labels of the attached files
- Notifications for any changes or updates on projects
Cons
- There should be an option in the settings wherein all important members of the project are notified for any updates regardless if tagged or not.
- Gantt Chart portion for every task is also good to have.
- Default settings for standard approver list for mandatory reviews like legal and brand review wherein only one person is in charge to conduct the review.
- Decreased labor costs due to efficient task management
- Improved overall work quality due to visibility of all project members for all project updates
- Time savings which reduce operational and labor costs since everyone is updated in just one message
