Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

Tealium Customer Data Hub has been able to provide advanced segmentation that has allowed us to effectively reduce our ad spend while simultaneously increasing the quality of leads that we are generating by targeting key user groups. We have been able to do this by audience suppression and look-alike audiences targeting these key user groups. Along with this, we have been able to increase our signals that we are sending to different advertisers by leveraging event stream and Capi integrations.

The support team often is so quick to respond and so helpful when it comes to working with the needs of my clients and being able to resolve potential shortcomings or technical issues or surrounding the tool. There have been times more recently that I’ve gotten more generic service rather than the tailored experience that I have come to expect.
We have been able to leverage first party, #DATA across our site when using Tealium Customer Data Hub to not only understand the behaviors of our users when it comes to their engagement with our website. But also, we have been able to start ingesting and shopping data from in-store behaviors that we are now able to leverage in our conversion API, and our audience segmentation and activations allowing us to create a personalized experience for our shoppers both in person and web stores.
Tealium Customer Data Hub focus on security and privacy is second to none, especially when you start to compare these to their competitors. This was one of the main reasons that we recommend it to our clients along with its ability to be easily managed by IT and marketing teams and the array of connectors already built in the ecosystem.

Definitely in highly regulatory verticals. Tealium Customer Data Hub has the edge compared to its competitors when it comes to working in those spaces. I would also recommend it for marketing teams who have some IT support, but not a huge tech team that is able to support them in some sort of custom integrations. But are looking to quickly stand up a tool and start seeing returns quickly.
