Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
We are using GTM and the events API to send events to create visitors for Audiences and then using Audience Connectors for Snowflake, SFMC, Audience Store, and Google Ads.
Pros
- Visitor Stitching
- Data tracking via Trace and Live Event Viewer, Visitor Lookup
Cons
- I wish I could trace my activity in the live event viewer better
- I wish I had better toolset for promotions
- I wish i had a Visitor lookup API
- Sometimes the trace feature can be unreliable
