Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
As a replacement to Adobe Audience Manager. It is also morphing into our Outreach CDP. Our primary business challenge is audience segmentation. We need a way to aggregate many IDs and track users over many months. Personalization is now another opportunity for the CDP.

Cons
- Training and support docs assume we have the full stack. We do not have IQ and have to reverse-engineer some of the documentation for Adobe Launch.
- Wish the Databricks connector was ready 3 years ago! We are struggling to connect into our data lake.
- The connector to Adobe Experience Platform does not have helpful errors. We are not sure what is wrong and need both Tealium Customer Data Hub and Adobe expertise to solve the issue.
- Audience Stream ID stitching
- Flexibility to drive events and data to 3rd-parties
- Reducing our reliance on Salesforce (new realization)
- I wish I had good ROI measures. We have struggled to finish the implementation and build-out the data connections that add value
- We foresee great improvements in personalization and privacy compliance
The potential impact is huge. Our current impact is very immature for two years after deployment. One reason is the lack of IQ. We are not routing lots of data to Tealium Customer Data Hub because of the work involved. If we were on IQ, the data would be flowing naturally.
