At our company, we use BambooHR for HR and Recruiting purposes. We're a small (up to 50 people) digital agency with an international team in the US and Europe. BambooHR helps us manage HR operations with our fully remote team. We use the platforms for all HR operations; we use only the onboarding functionality for recruiting.

BambooHR reporting has added more data insights to give a better overview of the company. For example, we have learned that our company has a 50/50 gender equality among employees, with a less proportionate distribution in leadership roles. This gives us insight into focusing more on hiring female leaders.
Bamboo has an intuitive design and covers many HR functions well. It is a great fit for small—to mid-size companies because of its detailed reporting, functionality, and price.
