  • As a small business General Manager, I wear many hats. TriNet handling our HR and Payroll allows me to focus on AR, AP, and all general Admin. tasks.
  • TriNet comforts us by knowing they keep us in line and out of trouble with everything, from HR to payroll.
  • For the most part, navigating TriNet is user-friendly, so the time I do spend using TriNet is mostly headache-free.

  • The impact by using TriNet has mainly been on the financial side of the business. From savings on the administrative fees to savings on employee benefits versus our prior PEO.
  • We have added a company 401(k) and matching through TriNet and it was almost seamless with the setup and processing.

  • Positive: staying compliant in all of the states we are located in.
  • Negative: the benefit plans offered are very expensive. Both monthly and plan wise.
  • Positive: payroll experts are always there to help us with salary changes and also there to guide us through nuances from time to time.
