Robust Omnichannel platform with advanced personalization.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Iterable is our omnichannel automation platform that serves various team needs across strategic segments. It addresses the need to orchestrate multiple channels without conflicts and personalise these messages. This delivers optimal UX for our clients and allows us to maintain high messaging quality without burning channels or rendering them ineffective.

Pros

  • Personalization of the messages sent via Iterable.
  • Multi language management.
  • Improving workflow for teams operating with Iterable reducing resources spent.
  • Reduces the need of developer resources.
  • orchestrating omni channel marketing.

Cons

  • In-app channel, although it works, has some shortcomings in UI functionality or system backend logic, which suggests it is built on an email send-out architecture.
  • Drag and drop editor has its own limitations - it isn't perfect. You can't create some basic designs.

Return on Investment

  • Time to market has decreased by multiple days, and resources spent to launch initiatives have decreased compared to various alternatives.
  • Multiple initiatives that deliver positive ROI have been launched, which couldn't be done on the previous sendout platform, thanks to Handlebar templating language, the data catalog function, and iterable CS resources.
