We use Cisco ThousandEyes to help our Managed Services team supporting our CX customers much more proactively in the Contact Centre space. It facilitates issues demarcation, provide instant snapshot, trends and historical data to really pinpoint issues that would take potentially days. weeks otherwise, even more so in intermittent issues. Thanks ThousandEyes and Cisco for providing this great solution!

I have 4 years of using ThousandEyes, and I usually use it to monitor the bandwidth between locations to specific destinations using our outbound connections (Proxy/Firewall), and is really handy for troubleshooting purposes, also you can create alerts to monitor evert X minutes if you have the connection values desired. It's a great tool to have in any IT Network Security related Team.

We use Cisco ThousandEyes to monitor nodes in colocation facilities around the USA. The biggest problem that Cisco ThousandEyes addresses is being able to do off-net test to compare between our network and external networks. This allows us to create historical baselines and verify web reachability for customers that may have issues getting to specific websites. Sometimes those issues are local but Cisco ThousandEyes helps us verify if they are global or part of a larger issue.

Great ROI on using endpoint agents to help diagnose end user issues when they can't explain the issue.
The cost per unit should probably be evaluated, it's not awful pricing but doesn't feel like a big value when buying them in bulk like you'd think you could get.
Cisco ThousandEyes is a robust platform that has given our Network & Backbone teams the flexibility of testing and visibility into the network as a whole from many different levels.

With Cisco ThousandEyes it enables us to see what is happening at every step of the way and be able to tell the user what they are experiencing.
