We use Cisco ThousandEyes to help our Managed Services team supporting our CX customers much more proactively in the Contact Centre space. It facilitates issues demarcation, provide instant snapshot, trends and historical data to really pinpoint issues that would take potentially days. weeks otherwise, even more so in intermittent issues. Thanks ThousandEyes and Cisco for providing this great solution!
