We chose Agorapulse over the others is because it integrates with almost all social media platforms, it offers detailed reporting, and excellent customer support, it's intuitive, easy to use.
I went with Agorapulse because of its integrations with other platforms and its ease of use. None of the products out there are perfect, but Agorapulse seemed to fit the largest number of my needs.

The customer service component of Agora Pulse out does all other social listening products I have used. They are extremely efficient and respond in a timely manner. Their how to videos and articles are fantastic for training up new staff members as well.
I looked into Hootsuite and Buffer initially but neither offered anywhere nearly as powerful and integrated features as AgoraPulse, especially for post comment response and management.
