Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

While a number of features can be configured with much flexibility, there are still other important features and functionality that required further customisation. It would be great if users can be empowered with such ability on the system so that there's lesser need to seek Zoho team for assistance or enhancements.

It is flexible and scalable as i have myself upgarded for my team from 6 members package to 60 members package and managing their account.

Flexible because it gives me many options to define new fields based on the requirement
I have been able to customize it about 80% of my current requirement and remaining 20% i am still exploring the options and reaching out to support

You can start using Zoho CRM without any knowledge. You can configure everything you need practically by following the instructions. If you face a difficulty along the way, you can call or write and they will assist you as soon as possible. You can try advanced versions of the product before making a decision.

Zoho is flexible and scalable for the small and mid size businesses. Still requires more efforts for true enterprises with complex use-cases. With large number of leads/contacts/accounts/opportunities, the UX becomes difficult to use. There are constraints in a loot of fields. Bulk actions and data export is also limited for small and mid size businesses.

Extremely flexible and scalable. We can enter several data points such as contact details, industry, lead status, "description of interaction and by which caller," "notes," "attachments," "follow scheduling and reminders on email," and much more. Lots of fields can be customized at will. We would love chat support, though.

There is always room for improvement, but Zoho CRM has a good standing already. There are so many features, that one doesn't have the ability to use them all. Sometimes too many features are bad because it makes it harder for someone to make a decision on which to use. Having the ability to integrate with other platforms outweighs the negatives.

Zoho has a lot of power, but for our users it was too much. It needs a way to scale for basic users to easily enter tasks, meetings, sales, and the like without having to navigate through all of the power user screens. As I said elsewhere, it seems to be geared toward younger, tech-savvy users rather than older, established salesmen.

If you prefer to perform a migration with the Zoho environment, we'll be able to have a central POV from all of our customers, without having strange connectors or dashboards, since the integration with the zoho services are able to deliver both flexibility and scalability for the business operation in general.

As we have started using more apps within Zoho One and working with an Implementation Team, things have just gotten more complicated in integrating other workflows into the CRM. In the long run I think we'll be better for it, but it's complicated, technical work that takes a really long time to complete.

Zoho CRM is good when it comes to the sales side of business. It is easy to use, and automation and workflows work great. Email marketing is also been great which eventually helps customer relationships. We are really happy so far to use Zoho CRM for sales and email marketing without any major bottlenecks.

We initially thought Zoho CRM would just be a slightly more robust version of our contact tracking spreadsheets. Since then, we've expanded our build to reach triple the amount of data that we expected and have started customizing our CRM to allow for financial and grant tracking as well, which is well beyond what we had initially planned for. While there have been some bumps in expanding so far beyond what our initial customization was meant for, the expansion has been possible and we've been able to find efficient workarounds.

While setting up or systems, there have been only a few times where we were limited by our license and prevented from implementing a custom workflow or process. CRM allows us the flexibility to tailor the UI and data to our needs and also make changes where and when necessary.

CRM's ability to integrate with other Zoho applications adds to that flexibility. While there could be improvements to the integration, we have found the integrations beneficial by providing better collaboration amongst various departments.

Zoho CRM is extremely flexible. It provides a high degree of customization in terms of custom fields, objects, modules and workflows etc. Adding a field is pretty simple if you have sufficient admin rights.
It is also highly scalable. Folks from different geography can login at the same time. Create tasks and assign it to team members

Doesn't require a steep learning curve for the teams
Customization and flexibility of the CRM is great
