Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use this Zoho CRM to make it easy to follow up with customers. With all the necessary integrations, we have the possibility to handle very valuable, important information and we can be more precise with clients. It is also important to facilitate the sending of quotes and invoices. Being able to have several departments in a single system is important to think about ways to improve by automating processes.

You can start using Zoho CRM without any knowledge. You can configure everything you need practically by following the instructions. If you face a difficulty along the way, you can call or write and they will assist you as soon as possible. You can try advanced versions of the product before making a decision.
Automating customer follow-up is important to achieve positive impact. Thanks to the workflow rules we can know the inactivity time that our client maintains and this allows us to be able to send him an email so that he knows that we have him in mind. Similarly for inactive customers.

  • Setup is easy. Practically when you register you already have almost everything you need
  • Integrating other Zoho applications makes this CRM quite powerful
Before considering zoho CRM there was Salesforce but the high cost kept us away as an option. I feel that Zoho CRM's interface is simpler, more elegant and faster. Zoho CRM options are easier to enable and configure. In our market there are not many CRM options, generally they are developed to the needs of the company but with high costs and with zoho CRM it is possible to have quality software at an affordable price.

Aside from letting you get to know your customer better, Zoho CRM is great for organizing the applications running in the business. Something that Zoho CRM did not do well was that it was focused on larger companies, but it has already been solved with Zoho Bigin. Maintaining an integration between both CRMs is excellent for more options.

Using Zoho CRM

1 - We work with a general support department. If there are new requirements, they execute them through a third party. For example, if we need to create additional fields, this can be executed immediately but if we need some automation with information that is collected, if they are special cases, the requests must be raised.

  • It was very helpful for us to have knowledge of the interaction of emails sent to clients/prospects

We are generally very satisfied with the zoho crm. Some extras are just added to improve productivity but overall Zoho CRM is highly recommended over many competitors. You can start with a few clicks to configure your needs. As you become an expert, you will be able to activate and configure the modules and integrations that you require. I know we still have a lot to discover so we're sticking with Zoho CRM, we're not interested in new options at the moment.
