- Connects Team Members of different company departments
- Keeps track of tasks for each area and reassigns as needed
- Schedules task timelines, follow ups, and time spent
Cons
- Breaking tasks out into project areas or assigning a label or sections to a timeline would be helpful.
- Being able to reassign an Author is not possible and has been a requested update.
- Additional storage per user would be helpful to contain all documents for each project over time. Archiving to save space would also be helpful.
- Wrike streamlines communication cutting down need for meeting time.
- Wrike allows the entire project to be seen, ensuring accuracy.

- It is easy to connect different departments within the company.
- It is easy to upload documents and information
- It is a time saver to create a blueprint and use it to format all project with a similar outline.
- Wrike has a limited amount of storage. If you need to keep photos or larger docs frequently you still need an outside server.
- It would be great to integrate QuickBooks into Wrike.
