Very good, needs work on mobile platform
Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
I use Text-Em-All to message various groups that I oversee about events and information I may need from them. I needed a mass text service that shows up in messages rather then a separate app. I use it primarily for 3 or 4 groups and I use it frequently, every week, several times a week.
Pros
- Mass texting to particular groups in their own message app
- Scheduling messages to be sent at a later time
- No pay per message mess
Cons
- In my opinion, The mobile version is still very difficult to use, I use almost exclusively on my laptop
- In my opinion, Character limit is sometimes difficult
- I've found only accepting .png and .jpg files is also a pain
- Mass texting to end users actual messaging app
- No individual message fee mess, one monthly sub fee
- Log to see what's been scheduled or sent
- Definitely better delivery and read rates than email or calls, no question.
- Higher response rates for sure, and more engagement
- definitely a time saver sending one message to a group and seeing all responses on one place
I don't use it for any of these purposes.
Text-Em-All is the best one so far that we've used, again it uses the standard messaging app that everyone already looks at, not a separate app. It also doesn't charge per message which isn't annoying to me.
