We chose Text-Em-All during the 2020 COVID shutdown to be able to communicate quickly with all of our Team Members. After we reopened and are back in the office, Text-Em-All is much more efficient and effective to communicate with our Field Team as they do not have quick access to computers or emails. We have been able to set up the groups within the system which makes a quick text communication with certain Team Members easy.

Not long ago, we had a larger than expected snowfall and for safety reasons, our members needed to know that our activities had been cancelled. Within 5 minutes, everyone was notified and all is well. I've used this tool for reminders, emergencies, and for sharing important information. The cost is very reasonable and the interface is easy to use and intuitive. A solid product for just about any size organization. Highly recommend!

I use Text-Em-All to alert the 500-plus residents of any ongoing alerts, notices, or emergencies. Before, I would have to try and either individually call everyone, go around and hand deliver notices, or post one paper on the community board. It would take forever and was not efficient. Using Text-Em-All has made it so much easier and more convenient to get messages out to the residents. It's also nice for the residents to text me back. It makes communication with management (I) and the residents quicker and easier.
