Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All to send texts to our customers when it is time to schedule their annual service on their Air Conditioning Units. It has made this process a lot easier by not having to call every single customer. This texting agent has been a blessing for us.

Pros

  • Makes the process of scheduling calls easier.

Cons

  • We do not have any complaints at this time.
  • Being able to send a mass text at one time.
  • Our maintenances are scheduled faster.
  • Makes a better use of time.
We have not had to use customer support for Text-Em-All yet
We have not used it for our employees.
I can not remember who we tried before, but Text-Em-All has been the best and lost services we have used.
