Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

I’ve been using Tealium Customer Data Hub mainly to unify and activate client data across CRM, billing and marketing systems. We also use it to manage server-side and client-side pixels for over a thousand domains and we have also started using Event Stream to capture more data on the server side.

Pros

  • tealium iQ makes tag management super easy, especially across multiple sites
  • i love how it stitches data from different sources in real time, making segmentation much more accurate
  • the built-in Consent Management Platform helps a lot with staying compliant and managing user preferences centrally

Cons

  • the setup is a little bit complex
  • pop-up windows get in the way when I’m trying to collaborate with others
  • real-time data stitching from multiple sources
  • easy and flexible tag management with Tealium iQ
  • consent management that’s actually useful across all platforms
  • our personalization and targeting have improved a lot with cleaner data
  • finance and business development now get better reporting from unified client profiles
  • having one place to manage tags and privacy preferences has saved us both time and trouble
The customer success team is helpful and genuinely cares and the onboarding was smooth, as their online training made things much easier, also they’ve been great at guiding us through both technical and strategic questions.
It’s helped us solve the problem of scattered data across platforms and nnow we have a single view of the customer that works across devices and
systems, I also find the identity resolution features really powerful, especially when it comes to cross-channel engagement.
