  • Easier replication of journeys
  • Configuration fast paths
  • Profile capabilities
  • Stitching and data enrichment
  • Activation in real time
  • None yet, expect double digit improvements
Turnover and changing out of team members during implementation required learning curve for new team.
Huge improvement, with plans to ingest call transcript and data.
