Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

Centralized data activation across other platforms to enable HCP use cases for a new brand launch.

Pros

  • Platform flexibility
  • Many OOTB connectors
  • HIPAA compliant

Cons

  • Non-secured API end point
  • Cannot use historical event data to assign a new badge or audience
  • No concurrency
  • Ability to activate to downstream vendors in real time via many ootb connectors
  • Tealium Customer Data Hub for Pharma/HealthCare is great because it allows you to be HIPAA compliant and ahead of many regulations
  • Unsure - we just implemented last week! To be seen
The Tealium team has been an incredible partner to work with throughout the implementation.
The solution is incredibly flexible and while we don't have any personalization use cases YET - we plan on adding more soon, once we are beyond the MVP Implementation.
