Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

We currently use Tealium Customer Data Hub TiQ and Event Stream across our advertising agency clients. TiQ is used for tag management applications, and Event Stream is mainly used for CAPI applications.

Pros

  • Great for segmentation
  • Ease of use for setting up CAPI's with event stream

Cons

  • It would be great if there was a way to filter out robotic traffic
  • Event Stream is incredibly helpful.
  • It's helped us with setting up new clients via TIQ.
  • It's helped us prove better ROI for our clients with event stream.
I've heard from our team that it's generally pretty good support but it kind of depends on the tech that picks up your ticket.
Honestly we're still in the learning stage, so far the limited POC is going well and we're excited to take it to the next level.
