Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub
TiQ and EventStream. Used to be HIPAA compliant as it's for a healthcare client.
Pros
- Lots of no/low code features
- Product agnostic
- Helpful debugging features (e.g., web companion, console debug log)
Cons
- Collaborative environment; allow users to work in the same profile simultaneously
- Allow QA/dev environment testing without having to rebuild/rebuild
- TiQ
- EventStream
- Too early to report on ROI (still in implementation)
It has forced our client(s) to reevaluate all their vendors and reimplement server-side where possible.
Tealium Customer Data Hub currently has a lot more integrations and product offerings than Freshpaint. The contracting process for Tealium Customer Data Hub is a lot smoother and faster than Freshpaint. Freshpaint, at least for GA4, has a better integration as its proxy server, which replicates client-side as close as possible, is much more familiar and comforting to client(s).
