Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

The initial use case is to re-target customers who abandon an e-commerce flow.

Pros

  • Real time data capture.
  • Lots of prebuilt connectors.
  • Data governance.
  • Tag management.

Cons

  • Activating already captured data for audiences.
  • Version control on profile changes - CI CD/GitHub integration.
  • Real time integration.
  • Mobile SDK.
  • Prebuilt connectors.
  • Higher revenue on ecommerce due to retargeting.
Excellent support from the team, a genuine interest in seeing the implementation succeed, and an openness to trying new things with the platform that may not be typical of most installations.
We have just started our implementation, so we have not used all of these but will in the near future.
