Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
We use Shopify for e-commerce needs. We launched a new brand during Covid through Shopify and because of it, were able to stay in business. The ability to quickly create e-commerce, fulfillment, and shipping were key factors. I have been very pleased with Shopify and their ability to help us in times of confusion and also create a seamless product from start to finish. The amount of plug-ins is great too.

- Web design outside of e-commerce pages is limited

No real comparison. I think Shopify is years ahead of what Facebook stores can do.
