Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
I use Shopify to create discount codes, check and upload inventory, ship out orders, track incoming orders, track discount code usage, and make giftcards.
Pros
- Extremely easy to create discount codes and track usage/accrued revenue
- Not complicated to track incoming orders from the front end of our website
- Seamless process to manually create orders on the backend
Cons
- I think the filter button is hard to find when you are trying to search for a certain SKU or discount code used in an order
- Something that can be very annoying is when the customer profile I use to place an order on the backend takes the most recent recipient address and makes it the default address on the customer profile. Every couple orders I have to go into the customer profile and remove the previous addresses and reselect the default
- Shopify has definitely saved me a tremendous amount of time, which is crucial. The functionalities in place are easy to use and take me significantly less time to complete than how long it would take using other systems/platforms.
