Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are using many module of The SAP SuccessFactors for me platform is easy to use and allows for two-way communication : lms, compensation, performance, talent acquisition, marketing, onboarding, ... The issue we are seeing is coming from the rigidity of the system. Right now, we are in a mode that will need to invest time to integrate AI to our activities. Integration is difficult whenever you want to move to another solution or upgrade.

  • Front end for the user is easy friendly user
  • The variety of modules a=that are availabe=le

Cons

  • Flexibility for creating reports and templates
  • Create accessible empty fields - less standardize
  • remove step in the TA module
  • format issue with job description
  • performance review are easy
  • variable pay very useful and easy for the users
mostly for the end user, but not as much for the back end users
still working on it in our business
