Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors in a variety of ways i.e for Talent and Performance, Learning etc. SAP allows us to have a one stop shop for our HR processes.

Pros

  • Integrates performance and development with learning in a very seemless manner
  • Great end-user experience
  • AI integration

Cons

  • Role-based permissioning could be be set up in a way that allows us to manage it better
  • SAP SuccessFactors has helped the business during disruptions like COVID and allowed us to continue with business as usual
SAP SuccessFactors is very user friendly, both on the back and front end
SAP SuccessFactors has enabled our employees with tools to plan their performance and development better by providing suggestions for courses, roles etc
We are yet to implement the full scope of the SAP SuccessFactors AI capabilities
