Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
All of SAP SuccessFactors's Talent modules are implemented. We will be implementing EC soon.
Pros
- Good product catering to the different Talent modules
- Good customer support
- Good Partner and User community
Cons
- Long time to analyse and implement customer improvement ideas through Influence
- Having more customer meets to understand customer issues
- Billing on customer projects is not that reasonable
- Good ROI in the long run
- Employees take time but love it at the end
- HR sometimes feel frustrated due to lack of options but things are looking good

SAP SuccessFactors has more options and better integration capabilities then Workday Cloud Platform
