Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I use SAP SuccessFactors every day. I am an HRIS analyst, and my role relies on SAP.

Pros

  • EC module
  • Recruitment

Cons

  • Sometimes I am not able to find the solution to implement very handy, and I don't want to rely on the implementation partner.
  • Also when I raise a case to SAP they always push to use the implementation consultant instead of providing the guidance to solve my issue.
  • SAP SuccessFactors helped me achieve various projects in my organization which saved the hr team lots of time consuming and increased their effectiveness
I like SAP I was an SAP on prem consultant and I moved to SF cloud and I enjoy SAP SuccessFactors
I am interested in SAP SuccessFactors's AI but need more understanding of the fees.
Compensation, PMGM & recruitment are my main focus for AI
