Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are using SAP SuccessFactors for recruiting, onboarding and employee central. We also have LMS.

I see there are features available that would make usability more efficient and we have not yet implemented this functionality. Based on the SAP SuccessFactors demos, we are not leveraging the tool to it's fullest capability.
we have a fragmented architecture and we would be able to leverage more of successfactors capabilities if we had more of your modules and ERP solution.
I think this addition to functionality will really drive efficiency and contribute to a better exployee experience.
We use Dayforce for payroll and UKG Pro for timekeeping. I would like to see our organization consolidate these apps into one ecosystem so we can better leverage the tools functionality.
