Pros
- Cloud base, can be access anywhere
- Centralized platform, so multiple modules can transfer employee data to from each other
- unified look and feel
- Single sign on
Cons
- Unstable, features break too frequently unexpectedly
- Design details that makes sense for developers but not for business
- very difficult to get enhancement to align with business process
- No out of the box form management feature where we need the most
- Increased HR productivity because there are more self serve functions
- improved employee experience because it's on the cloud and employees can self serve anywhere
Allowing employees to access their personal information and pay statements from any statement any time.
Guide employees to proper place in the system to view/process data.
