Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Talent suite to track global compliance.

Pros

  • Compliance tracking (curricula)
  • Intuitive and simple navigation
  • New features and functionality schedule- always new features to assess and adopt

Cons

  • LMS is still an obvious bolt on - would love to see it native in HXM
  • Release QA on SAP side can be improved - see many errors in releases that should be caught during your internal QA
  • Automation of the assignment of learning
  • Improved productivity through self service for both ee and management
Find it quite intuitive
In a major way especially for recruiting and performance/skills.
Very competitive or in some ways supassess SAP in terms of functionality.
