Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Currently utilizing SAP SuccessFactors EC, it was able to cleanly hold our HR data and the scalability is an asset. We have a global company and it was able to handle all of our country requirements.

  • integration partnerships are a challenge
  • Learning access for new users
  • creating reporting capabilities for all company subsidiaries
We still face some challenges with SAP SuccessFactors and it is unclear if they are system related or support related.
accessibility across platforms, ability to monitor and access from anywhere
Looking forward to adding this feature for increasing employee independence
very easy integration, still able to scale as we need
