Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use the talent modules from SAP SuccessFactors and are in the process of implementing employee central pay and employee central core module. Three are multiple areas in talent and recruiting that had many business problems that SAP SuccessFactors has solved. For example , mass interviews and integration with outlook/Teams used to be higher challenge. With the help of interview scheduling we have overcome this and able to schedule interview with MS teams seamlessly .

- Increased productivity by cutting down mundane tasks
- Seamless pay without errors
- Good ESS and MSS
Over the years the integrated experience of using this platform has quadrupled with the introduction of AI and Fiori experience. Also, consistently listening to client requirements through various forums. Standardizing process has been a huge game changer with a best practice dictionary available. Not everyone company will be able to a management consultant route to improve process. Hence , SAP SuccessFactors is great help there
With the whole AI wave and globally all products embracing it, we have to make sure our employees get the benefit of the same in their HR transactions as well. We would like to start by using them for daily transactions that employees do like applying for leave, workflow to cut time spent there .

SAP SuccessFactors recruiting goes leaps and bounds improvising recruiter and candidate experience by providing integrated experience. The sheer CRM capabilities helps attract and pipeline quality candidates. Also the RMK site with unified model is a huge advantage . Recruiting posting is another area which helps any recruiter save tons of time posting job to job boards.
