Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

we use most of the suite but do not optimally utlilise it, hige opportunity for us to look at all the modules. we are currently using preferred success and establishing osp as part of relationship assesment with our relationship manager to come up woth plans to develop and optimally use all the modules within success factors including IT acceptance

as we do not have the evolved upgrades , as we did not take all of the upgrades through the year. we did only basic upgrades and hence couldnot optimise the system as we should be and as expected by business. relationshop assesment and some training from SI partnet is something that we are looking forward to for enhancing usage of the system
thats great! localisation along with global abd standard practices is very very useful. especially around ONB and COMP modules. also for skills mapping and recruitment. AI powered experience is somethinhg that we are definitely excited to explore an dthis HR connect session has been really useful. worth my time as HRIS manager to go back and look at various options of development and identifying opportunbities
definitely looking at recruitment module and have met some amazing partners in this HR connect session to automate and use AI capabilities to integrate especially with teams for easy access, easy scheduleing and rating of the candidates. another area for sure would be compensation , the AI capabilities look great on that front, especially show cased in this HR connect
definitely success factors has more modules and more governance related practices an better integrates with all our third party companies like benefits and payroll. we are able use success factors as a progression from Sap hcm and evolve to more cloud and robust ways with various modules. we really like the org structure and EC features along with time off

definitely use it for EC and other modules related to competencies. i am very keen on job profile builder and talent intelligence hub implementation for various organisations. AI is too new to explore, but would definitely scale it up once TIH is used and accepted with good competencies and integration between modules including succession
