Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

All of SAP SuccessFactors's Talent modules are implemented. We will be implementing EC soon.

Pros

  • Good product catering to the different Talent modules
  • Good customer support
  • Good Partner and User community

Cons

  • Long time to analyse and implement customer improvement ideas through Influence
  • Having more customer meets to understand customer issues
  • Billing on customer projects is not that reasonable
  • Good ROI in the long run
  • Employees take time but love it at the end
  • HR sometimes feel frustrated due to lack of options but things are looking good
I have worked with other HR applications like Workday but SAP SuccessFactors has a lot of diverse features

Individual Employee development goals, Performance and Succession and also in Recruiting
SAP SuccessFactors has more options and better integration capabilities then Workday Cloud Platform

SAP SuccessFactors is the go to product if you are already on SAP. Even for a new brownfield implementation it does great.
