Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Talent suite to track global compliance.
Pros
- Compliance tracking (curricula)
- Intuitive and simple navigation
- New features and functionality schedule- always new features to assess and adopt
Cons
- LMS is still an obvious bolt on - would love to see it native in HXM
- Release QA on SAP side can be improved - see many errors in releases that should be caught during your internal QA
- Automation of the assignment of learning
- Improved productivity through self service for both ee and management
In a major way especially for recruiting and performance/skills.
Very competitive or in some ways supassess SAP in terms of functionality.
