Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for a range of tasks, which include brainstorming, visualizing different types of email and user flows, and to facilitate remote collaboration sessions.
Pros
- Documenting user flows
- Facilitating remote collaboration sessions
- Documenting and organizing brainstorming work
Cons
- Modifying flow charts when a step needs to be deleted, all input lines are also currently deleted
- Ease of organization of boards
- Saves time to get alignment on how user flows currently look, and how they should look in the future
We generally work remotely and Miro has been very helpful for running meetings in remote sessions. It allows us to get participation from a wider set of individuals, whether or not they want to be vocal on the call or not. It gives us an artifact that can be immediately referenced after a meeting, and gets us to a point of clarity quickly.
Miro feels more accessible and can be used for a wider variety of tasks, especially for non-designers
