Overall Satisfaction with Miro

In my organisation, we mainly use Miro to help with email creation, share creative art bits, and present a report to the full team. It's an easy place to share with colleagues images, and creations, and ask for returns with comments. We can all work from home on the same document and see where everyone is at on the boards.

Pros

  • easy to see someone on a document
  • create personalised content

Cons

  • When a board is full it makes it very slow and hard to load and navigate
  • I wish we could find past comments that other people deleted in a bin or something similar
  • improved productivity
Miro is very easy to integrate with Slack or google products. Notifications come through everytime someone mentions you on a board.
It's been very positive in helping remote workers to collaborate on projects. It saves time, centralises a project on one page and it is easy to get live feedback from team mates.

Miro helps organise a project group and keep it all in one place, everyone can work on it at the same time even from home and see where everyone is on the board, live, which helps not modifying the same thing as someone else at the same time. It very easy to comment on someone's work with the comment function and resolve it once done.
