Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in different contexts and subjects, such as study documentation, roadmap planning, business plan, etc. The main problem Miro solves is getting everyone on the same page literally! And also, making everyone on a team contribute by being actively involved, which makes the work more engaging and the result more consistent and well executed.

Pros

  • Collaborative digital whiteboard
  • Diagrams with post-its
  • Diverse templates for interactive workshops

Cons

  • Zoom in/out functionality is not accurate
  • There is no way to hide my mouse pointer so that others cannot see my edits
  • helped start the first steps of a project
  • improved team collaboration
It was definitely an advantage, with Miro we can integrate different areas to work on a project on the same page. In my company we use it very well for workshops, and especially at the beginning and end of each Q periods where we do our agile retrospectives and roadmap definition.
Miro is more broad, and well suited for other professional not only designers like FigJam. The learning curve is shorter, and the interface displays the most common tools for whiteboard and editing types of dynamics, in addition to other specific features.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Great for co-creation, workshops, planning meetings, whiteboards, mind maps, flowcharts. In addition to having several tools for creation such as post its, insertion of geometric shapes and images, etc. The templates and features made available by Miro and the community facilitate project development. And the best thing is that everything related to a project can be saved in the same file. It's just not that good for presentation.
