Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

We use Jotform to complete daily heavy equipment inspections, safety paperwork, and equipment operator qualification forms. We had issues with ensuring equipment maintenance was being done when damage was observed by operators on owned equipment. We are able now to better track qualifications, maintenance, and repairs. Jotform allows us to have a signed document trail and email notifications. It is extremely valuable tool and I highly recommend it.

  • Easy to use form creations
  • Easy automated approval creation

Cons

  • Adding 1-5 users vs. full business package
  • Signature form submission restrictions could be a little larger
  • Better document trail for maintenance
  • Accountability of operators to complete daily paperwork and not pencil whip a hard copy.
  • Better tracking.

Field forms for construction workers especially with the app - very helpful.
Not great for field documents requiring multiple signatures.
