Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

Jotform allows us to have everything we need for our events in one place. We can do registrations, emergency contacts, allergies, to check in, venue map, schedule, and a place where guests can upload pictures they take. As a small nonprofit this would not be possible any other way. I tried! I have been wishing for an app and Jotform provides that.

  • more app widgets
  • a 'happening now' option would be amazing
  • The app keeps guest on schedule since they have it on their phone vs paper
  • I have access to everyone's information from my phone. We do remote trips, my phone is ALWAYS with me, laptop and folders not so much.
Jotform vs Google
- Submissions are organized nicely in Jotform
- Jotform has creative freedom. Google doesn't have as many question options and editing abilities.
-Jotform is a multiuse platform, the forms get added into apps and can be used from those apps.
-Jotform has an app to edit, create and view data that is fully separated from any other document you have ever opened on your phone. No mixing personal and work.

Nonprofit management; works great for companies that don't have management software and have lots of collaboration with outside sources. Documents can get signed via email, apps can be built for any need.
Event management for organizations that have specific needs with low budget. Forms get easily integrated with the apps and you have all the data in one sport nicely organized.
