Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I have used a few different form services to do color matches for my small business but always come back to Jotform.

Pros

  • Gathers contact information easily
  • Allows the submitter to upload a photo
  • Easy to use interface for me and the person using my form.

Cons

  • You do need to pay for the service once you have quite a few submissions.
  • Jotform has made it easy for my customers to submit color matches.
  • I am able to embed the form in my website.
  • I love that the app notifies me when I have a new submission so I can take care of it promptly.
I have used Paperform which was hard to use and did not offer a free version. I have also tried Typeform but had to pay for the ability for my customers to upload a photo.

Most services make you pay for a lot of the features that Jotform offers for free. I always come back to Jotform due to ease of use and options. They also continue to make great updates to the platform.
